Effective and needed for today's food deficiencies

While I had been taking a Mg supplement offered through my local grocery store chain, I had to repeatedly use Mg flakes (re-hydrated and put into a spray bottle) to take care of muscle aches. So reading the reviews here, this sounded like a better choice, and boy were they right! Within the first 24 hours all of my muscle aches and fatigued muscles felt good as new. But, I had also read in the reviews that this product helps (or even cures) insomnia. So after re-reading the directions, the product says to take as many per day as needed. So I started taking it twice a day and sure enough, it has helped out my sleep issues. I now sleep more soundly and on average 1-2 hours more, which beats the 4-5 hours of sleep I was getting. Definitely a great product as farmers worry about getting production high and skimp out of the nutritional value of the foods they grow. As a Small Farms grower, I see the difference in good organic foods and the cheap commercial products. You get what you pay for.

The only magnesium supplement that works for me!

I use magnesium for muscle cramping and muscle aches, anxiety, and sleep. It also helps with bowel regularity - too much magnesium can cause diarrhea and stomach upset.The funny thing is, i notice more when I stop taking it ( accidentally not purposely. I forget it sometimes), and I don't sleep nearly as well. That is what reminds me to start taking it again.This supplement helps me fall asleep better and stay asleep longer. I struggle with anxiety and light bouts of insomnia. This supplement helps with both of those. I take 5 about an hour before I want to go to bed, and it chills my entire body out. I notice when I forget to take it that my general overall body experience with muscle tension as well as tension caused from anxious feelings, gets worse I simply feel better and sleep better taking this supplement. I've tried other magnesium supplements with no luck. This brand and blend are my personal favorite.
