I tried two other products: a sub-lingual and a spray for B-12 and neither changed my measurable B-12 via blood lab-work, which I check about every 4 months.However, my Dr. recommended this brand, which has the benefit of being easily chewable (they taste fine) and his other patients had gotten good, measurable results. Sure enough, taking one of these every morning increased my B-12 from 400-440 range it has been at for >9 months to 1268 (his ideal range for me) in < 4 months.Now, I can't comment as to the effectiveness just the B-12 has caused as I have made other lifestyle and supplement changes also, but my Dr. wants my level in the 1,100-1,500 range for "better brain function, clarity, energy, etc" and with the cheap price, why not. It worked.See my other reviews for other supplements that have proven to raise my blood levels (Vitamin D3, DHEA, etc).
The B-12 bottle was well protected. I use daily for energy maintenance
Recommend for added energy. Not a lot like an energy drink, but it feels natural and long lasting.
I started taking this a year ago at the advice of my holistic PA. I feel so much better! Although I also went on a strict diet to heal my leaky gut with a non gluten, sugar, and dairy eating plan which changed my life. I do know this product works because my B12 on my blood work this month was "high". It was over 2000 :) Hey, I'll take it! B12 is what helps everything else absorb properly.
