30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unworn, or unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions. Please ensure that returns are initiated through our customer service before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and address it as swiftly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care items (beauty products)

• Hazardous materials or flammable substances

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning it and making a new purchase for the desired item. This is the fastest way to receive the new item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to return your order within 14 days for any reason, without the need for justification. The item must meet the following criteria:

• Be in its original, unworn, or unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging

• Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive your return and complete an inspection, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
