This is the beginning of my fifth month of taking Nutrafol and last month I saw some progress and it was confirmed by my hairdresser. She said I had lots of new growth. Not enough to totally cover my bald spot on the top of my head but it is a start, and I am very encouraged. This month (month 5) I have more, and the hair is getting longer and it is starting to cover better. Still have to use coloring spray but I am so encouraged. I don't know if it will make my hair thick as it was before, but I am really encouraged. I will review again as I want to let people know the truth not to say others are not truthful, but this is expensive, and you don't want to waste your money. I am reviewing only to help people decide and I am not being paid or get free product for a review. They did not even ask me to review as some sellers do.

I have been taking these about 2 months since losing about 2/3 of my hair after surgery. I don't yet know if they are helping my head hair, however my formerly sparse eyelashes are definitely much longer and fuller. I am also getting a lot more facial hair (not great since I am female!).I don't usually have any problems swallowing any kind of pill, but these are very large and can be challenging. I have to drink a significant amount of water in order not to feel them in my throat afterward.I will check back and update when I have been taking them longer.

I am a 64 year old female who is a biker. I had super thick hair up until menopause. Natural auburn curly/wavy hair. I color it now however (have been for years). It has been gradually thinning on top. My mom had very thick hair. My dad (redhead) was bald on top. Mine is to the point where I am pulling it back to help conceal the thinning on top. I started taking fish oil supplements today also, which are supposed to be good for hair growth. Am hoping to get at least 50% back of what I have lost over time, and get it thickened back up again. Those first new growth hairs are now an inch long. Prior to this, I would shed a handful of hair each time I washed it. Shedding is now minimal. Everywhere I part my hair, there are baby hairs popping up. I can't tell you how relieved I am to be seeing improvement and new growth. I continue to use rosemary oil at night, massage my scalp, take protein supplements and collagen peptides, and fish oil. I am using a shampoo with rosemary oil. I'm not relying on one product for success. I think it's been a team effort from several products. Whatever I am doing, it's working!!!Update with pictures. I am thru my first 4 months of using this and my 5th bottle is on the way. I am no longer keeping my hair pulled back. My almost bald spot at the back of my head is gone. Any light areas you see are grays because I am 2 weeks out from my last color job, and it grows super fast. I am beyond happy with the results I have gotten from using this. My issue is hormones, and this product appears to block the hormone that chokes off the blood supply to the follicle. Happy, happy 64 year old!!

I’m 67 and have had lots of hair loss for about 10 years, to the point that I have very thin hair on the top of my head. I’ve used Rogaine and did not experience much relief.
