PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Alastin A-LUMINATE Brightening Serum™ is a physician-developed, hydroquinone-free and retinol-free dark spot corrector that targets stubborn surface pigmentation — including sun spots, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone — using PATH-3 Technology, a multi-pathway brightening complex that addresses pigmentation at multiple stages of the melanin production and distribution cycle simultaneously.

PATH-3 Technology combines three complementary brightening mechanisms: Tranexamic Acid (encapsulated in a liposome for enhanced delivery) inhibits the interaction between keratinocytes and melanocytes that triggers excess melanin production, addressing a key upstream driver of hyperpigmentation that tyrosinase inhibitors alone cannot reach. Niacinamide disrupts the transfer of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes — blocking pigmentation at a completely separate step — while simultaneously strengthening the skin barrier and reducing inflammation-driven pigmentation. A comprehensive antioxidant complex including Phytoene and Phytofluene addresses oxidative-stress-induced pigmentation and protects against new UV-triggered dark spot formation. Together, these three pathways address the full cycle of pigmentation far more comprehensively than single-ingredient brighteners.

Love this brightening serum!!

Just received a new bottle today, but have been using this product recommended by a friend for a while and LOVE it! Makes my skin feel soft & supple and definitely have seen a brighter, more even appearance over time. There’s no scent, and has a lovely texture to it. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for - plus it’s a huge bottle so lasts quite a while. Highly recommend!
