I also ordered the shampoo, conditioner, and oral supplements. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have lost a lot of hair, so I know the drill. I am under a doctor's care for this situation (she thinks related to a majorly stressful event) and she did recommend Nutrafol, but their website is a big time-waster so I am grateful I can buy what I need/want from Amazon. It will take months to see results from the oral supplements (that's normal), and there is only so much that shampoo and conditioner can do. But the serum! After a few days, I am still losing hair but the amount I am losing every day has dramatically decreased. After seeing this change, I am much more optimistic that this will pass and my hair will grow back. For now, I am sticking with the Nutrafol routine. I should mention that I also use a minoxidil / rosemary topical once a day (also available here on Amazon), and it seems to help, but the more dramatic difference occurred when I added the Nutrafol serum. You only use the Nutrafol serum once a day, so I use the Nutrafol at night and the minoxidil in morning. If I could only buy one of Nutrafol's products, it would be this serum, and I would continue use it in conjunction with the minoxidil. It helps that what little scent the serum has is light, natural, and clean, plus this doesn't leave any noticeable oil or residue on my hair.

The sound machine is amazing. I got it for my son who is autistic and has trouble sleeping. We’ve always used a fan, but I’ve heard that gray noise is the best last weekend. He slept 12 hours both Friday and Saturday nights. This is unheard of! I would recommend this to anyone with a child with ASD who has trouble sleeping the noise just love them to sleep and he stay asleep. He usually wakes up once in the night.
