I've been using Nutrafol for 6 months on the advice of my dermatologist and have found a HUGE overall improvement. It has reduced the amount of shedding, my hair is thicker and lovelier than ever, and though not inexpensive, I believe it is worth the cost. ALSO, I randomly found Beauty Riche by Googling and I am extremely impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. They profess to care about their customers and THEY DO! These have really improved my volume and I have no split ends

I love these, and I just wish they were not that expensive. I have always had a good amount of hair but have noticed thinning as I age. I was concerned about the back of my head showing skin, or sometimes finding a part where the hair was not too thin. Within a few months of taking these capsules I noticed these are no longer issues. I have been taking them for a couple of years and my hair is in great shape, no split ends even though I do double process color and use hot tools. Prior to trying these, I used a laser cap religiously for over a year, and I am not sure it resulted in a significant improvement in hair volume, but these capsules do the trick. I stopped using the laser and have not noticed any difference. I don't use any special tonics or rogaine, or anything like that, just good hair products for my dry hair. Lots of coconut oil!
