It’s gentle and easy on my system. I have been using the cleaner for a weight loss, detoxification period. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I suffer with chronic bowel problems, and my bowels do not move every day. Unfortunately, I know some peoples don’t but I get impactions, and I bought this as a referral from a friend who is a nurse and it cleans you out. I have been doing an apple, egg, oatmilk, and water diet for a month and a half and I’ve been using this product and I’ve lost 14 pounds. I also exercise l 3 to 5 times a week. I eat fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and drink lots of water. If you use this product, up your salt intake because it can flush some sodium out of your system if you’re drinking a lot of water with it. I had that happen to me because I was drinking a gallon and a half of water every 2 to 3 days, and it washed a lot of the sodium out of my system, so I started throwing up in the morning when I would take my first drink of fluid. I ordered some sodium chloride tablets to take from Walmart. That’s what my nurse friend told me to get, and it’s on order coming from Walmart. I think it was like $12.50 for the bottle. Very good reviews, though! And much less expensive than getting it from a Dr.This diet isn’t for everybody, it’s very restrictive. I went on it because of my friends amazing results and she used to be heavy, and now she’s in great shape and loving herself. I was at 184 and I wasn’t happy with myself and the things that I was trying at home wasn’t working. I found out in the meantime that my thyroid gland had quit functioning, and that will cause a lot of problems as well. I’ve been on medication now for my thyroid since April 2024. Now it is functioning and it has made a world of difference. This diet jumpstarted everything for me. It is not long-term, but you could adjust it and still use it every day to stay healthy and keep your weight off.If you have any health problems like diabetes, or anything relative to it, consult your physician. If you are a patient and you’ve been losing weight because you just can’t keep on weight, I would not recommend this product or diet. If you have health issues and not being able to eat or you can’t eat it, I would stir clear of this diet. This diet is not a long-term fix, this diet is something that you do for a very short amount of time until you reach your goal and then you start eating all of your lean proteins like fish, chicken, shrimp, low carbohydrate’s, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and grains unless you plan to go work out. If you plan to go work out, load up on your carbs at least an hour or two before you go to the gym for energy. There’s also a version of this diet, but it has you drink green tea. I’m not drinking green tea. And if I want a can of zero cherry Pepsi, I allow myself to drink it and I put a lot of ice in it, and nine times out of 10 I don’t even even drink at all, I end up throwing half of it away. Also by drinking ice water can also help you lose weight because the body has to work to heat it up. Also, if you suck on cinnamon, jolly ranchers-cinnamon is a natural appetite suppressant. Well, you probably got a whole bunch more than what you bargained for, but I’m just trying to trying to help. Best of luck🌺

This detox has been amazing for me whenever I need a good reset. These pills have really helped me get into some outfits I had in the back of my closet. Definitely plan to stay home for a few days but worth it in the end!
