Alastin HA (Hyaluronic Acid) IMMERSE Serum is a physician-developed hydrating serum that delivers both immediate surface hydration and long-term support for the skin's own hyaluronic acid production — addressing the two dimensions of skin hydration that most single-mechanism HA serums cannot simultaneously achieve. It provides instant plumping and smoothing for fine lines while building a lasting hydration reservoir within the skin with consistent use.

Multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate at multiple molecular weights) provides immediate hydration across multiple skin depths — high-molecular-weight forms plump the surface, while lower-weight forms penetrate deeper into the epidermis for more lasting effect. Hydroxymethoxyphenyl Decanone — a uniquely potent antioxidant and HA-boosting compound exclusive to Alastin's formulas — actively supports the skin's endogenous HA synthesis pathways, so the skin becomes better at retaining its own hyaluronic acid over time with continued use. This dual instant-and-long-term approach is what distinguishes HA IMMERSE from standard hyaluronic acid serums. Silver Mushroom (Tremella Fuciformis) provides additional hydration with water-binding capacity beyond standard HA. Panthenol soothes and supports barrier repair.
