Biopelle Tensage Gentle Gel Cleanser is a physician-developed, pH-balanced daily gel cleanser formulated to gently yet effectively remove impurities, excess oil, makeup, and environmental pollutants without disrupting the skin's natural moisture barrier or microbiome — making it the recommended first step for all Biopelle Tensage and Retriderm regimens. It cleanses thoroughly without over-stripping, preserving the ideal skin surface conditions for maximum absorption of the growth factor serums, retinol treatments, and active moisturizers that follow.

A carefully selected mild surfactant system creates a gentle, non-irritating lather that effectively cleanses all skin types — including sensitive, post-procedure, and retinol-sensitized skin — without the drying effect of sulfate-based cleansers. Glycerin maintains surface hydration to prevent post-cleanse tightness that reduces compliance with twice-daily cleansing. Aloe Vera provides additional soothing and calming activity. The pH-balanced formula ensures the acid mantle is preserved for optimal active ingredient penetration in subsequent steps. Free of sulfates, parabens, and fragrances.

Seriously an amazing product

I have been using this for quite a few months now and I can honestly say this is the best facial cleanser I have ever used. I started using this and a exploitate ing make up removing face wash pad every morning and I have no acne anymore. No blackheads know Whitehead's no mealeas nothing. It is very gentle and I use that morning and night lately I have been using it just at night to kind of see how that works. I will update my review after a few weeks of doing that. The face washing pad that I bought on Amazon is by dask fire. That was seriously a game changer. I just rinse it out after every use and Hang it up to dry. I do buy my face wash from lovely skin.com though So I can't vouch for this seller on Amazon.
