Momentous Collagen Peptides provides hydrolyzed collagen protein specifically formulated to support joint health, tendon and ligament integrity, skin elasticity, and connective tissue repair — the structural protein needs that whey and plant proteins do not adequately address. Designed based on the research of Dr. Keith Baar and colleagues showing that vitamin C-enriched collagen peptides consumed before activity stimulate collagen synthesis in connective tissue.

Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (Type I and III) provide the specific amino acid profile (high in glycine, hydroxyproline, and proline) that serves as the building blocks for collagen synthesis in tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bone matrix, and skin. The hydrolysis process breaks collagen into short peptide chains that absorb rapidly and stimulate fibroblast collagen synthesis. Research by Dr. Baar demonstrates that 15g collagen + 50mg Vitamin C consumed 30–60 minutes before exercise or rehabilitation significantly increases collagen synthesis in connective tissue.
